Clear bowl for meditation

I bought a clear crystal singing bowl, 10 inch, from Pures Music. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; easy to find what I needed. It shipped in about three days and arrived safely, packed very well in foam, no damage. The bowl itself has a pure tone, exactly as described. I used it for my meditation sessions, and it holds its pitch well. I had a small question about cleaning it, and customer support replied to my email within a day with good instructions. Overall, a solid purchase for anyone serious about sound healing instruments. The quality is there.

Nice steel tongue drum

I recently bought a steel tongue drum. It arrived earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The drum has a pleasant tone and seems well-made for the price I paid. The website was easy enough to navigate when I placed the order. My only minor issue was that the mallets included felt a bit light; I might need to get some heavier ones later on. But for starting out, it's perfectly fine. Good value for what I got, and the delivery was efficient. I'd consider buying from them again.

Love my new handpan!

Oh my goodness, I just received my artisan handpan and it's absolutely beautiful! The sound is incredible, even better than I expected. Shipping was super fast too, got here in just a few days. I will definitely be buying more instruments from Pures Music, and telling everyone I know about this store. So happy with it!

does pures music do any kind of student discount for people in therapy or wellness programs? trying to get a sound healing set for my practice.

S Shane Osei 2 months ago

I heard they sometimes do, but you probably have to email them directly or check if there's a special form. Doesn't show up on the regular coupon pages afaik.

M Mark Foster 2 months ago

I think I saw something about professional discounts for sound healers mentioned in their FAQs, so it's worth asking. They might have a specific code for that.

hey, anyone ordered a handpan from here before? wondering about the shipping time to like, California. says 1-2 weeks on the site but sometimes that's optimistic.

T Todd 2 months ago

Yeah, I got mine a few months ago, maybe like 10 days to LA? It was pretty quick for an instrument.

N Noor 2 months ago

Mine was a tiny bit longer, closer to two weeks for my crystal bowl set to Sacramento. I think it depends on if it's already in stock vs. made to order, but they pack it super well.

Is pures music legit? saw some really nice handpans but the prices seem a bit too good to be true compared to some other places.

C Cody 2 months ago

Totally legit. I've bought a few things from them, including a kalimba and some chimes. No issues, everything arrived perfect.

They're real! I got a crystal bowl from them last year, it's beautiful and sounds amazing. I think they just specialize, so maybe their overhead is lower than huge general music stores.

anyone know if you can stack coupon codes here? trying to use a first order discount with a free shipping code or something like that.

D Dana T. 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Tried it myself and it just wouldn't let me combine them.

C Chris 1 month ago

I think their system only takes one code at a time. Most places are like that now, unfortunately.

What's the return policy like for the crystal singing bowls? kinda worried about getting one and it not being quite right, they're not exactly cheap.

N Nick Bennett 2 months ago

Returns were actually pretty easy for me. Had to return a mallet I accidentally ordered too many of. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging, especially for bowls.

T Todd 2 months ago

I didn't return a bowl, but my friend did a handpan return, and they were cool about it. Just follow their instructions and you should be fine. I'd definitely check their exact policy on delicate items like bowls just in case.
